Parents
We work closely with families who are at a pivotal point in their child’s life. Parents can help a teen make smart decisions because they know that teen better than anyone else. However, parents have many questions when it comes to the application process, timing for tests, college visits, and more. We can help coach and guide parents as to what they need to focus in on throughout this exciting process for their child.
Teens
College and career decisions are some of the most important you will make in life and it can feel VERY overwhelming! Our 10 plus years of professional and higher-ed background are ideal for helping teens make decisions on career options. We then work with them to discover what it takes to get them to that career, which will likely entail a 4 year college or 2 year technical program.
Once you know you want to further your education beyond high school, you have even more options and steps to get there. Our coaching program will walk you step-by-step through the following crucial decisions and processes: college selection, admissions, academic programs, social clubs, and other concerns along the way.
Working Professionals
Many individuals have aspirations to advance within their industry or motivations to switch careers altogether. We work closely with many working professionals who have every intention of making life changes similar to the ones discussed above however, they typically don’t have the adequate mindset or utilize strategic thinking properly to reach their goals. Our experience in corporate recruiting and university admissions has provided us unique insight as to the best approach and strategy necessary to accomplish a career shift and/or advancement. As a part of this service, we will also provide resume and interview coaching.
